When you use the site, the qualification quiz, or the client dashboard, we may collect: your name, email address, website, country, business details you share with us (such as niche, ad budget, and timeline), messages you send our team, and account information needed to provide the service.
Like most sites, we also use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to measure how the site is used and to improve our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, provide and manage your ad accounts and setups, process payments and top ups, keep your dashboard secure, and send you service related communication. We do not sell your personal information.
We share data only with service providers needed to run the business, such as hosting, authentication, and analytics providers, and only to the extent required to provide the service.
You create your own dashboard password. We never see, store, or display it in plain text. Sessions are isolated per account, access to client data is restricted by row level security, and dashboard traffic is encrypted in transit.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will act on verified requests within a reasonable time.
Shadea provides access to agency ad accounts on Meta, together with support, replacements, and top up processing as described on the site and in your plan.

We work with legitimate, policy compliant advertisers only. Account availability depends on the offer and account type. Standard, unrestricted offers can use Whitehat. Other offers require a suitable account and review by our team. You agree not to use our infrastructure for prohibited or deceptive products, or for any activity that violates Meta advertising policies or applicable law. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate service for violations, and we vet every client before onboarding.
Plans are billed monthly in USD at the price shown for your tier. Ad spend top ups are credited to your balance once confirmed. Whitehat plans carry no spending fees. Greyhat plans include the percentage of ad spend shown for the selected tier. If a subscription payment fails, dashboard access remains available for a 3 day grace period. After that, dashboard access pauses until payment is confirmed. Replacement coverage is included as described in your plan. Fees for services already rendered are non refundable unless we state otherwise in writing.
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shadea is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses resulting from platform actions taken by Meta. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We may update these policies from time to time. The latest version always lives on this page with the date above. Material changes will be communicated through the site or your dashboard.
